The Foundation for Educational Services (FES) is a public entity within the Ministry for Education and Sport. It works concurrently with the Education Directorates to provide a range of innovative educational initiatives to meet the needs of the community. The FES is committed to ensuring that all service users are supported through informal educational initiatives. It strives to offer quality educational services through structured contemporary programmes, financial sustainability and ethical behaviour. Together we provide a safe environment and an enriching experience to our learners, their families and all stakeholders.
FES is an entity within MEYR that provides a range of innovative educational services.

Children at Skolasajf M’Scala San Gwakkin had the opportunity to experience a drama workshop by Luke Saydon, an award-winning composer, musical director, and theatre maker. Luke works in musical theatre within local communities and abroad, and was also the winner of the Maltese National Arts Award for Best Creative Practice.
The workshop was inspired by the artist’s adaptation of Pinocchio, and had a particular focus on bringing together children of different nationalities in a shared creative space. The session started with warm-up exercises and then moved on to create an interactive experience. The children were invited to imagine their own version of Pinocchio — what if a wooden child had to join your family? What if a wooden child had to join your class?

Adventure, creativity and plenty of fun at Skolasajf Qawra Centre! 🎭
The children enjoyed a wonderful range of experiences, from discovering the underwater world at the Aquarium and enjoying a bowling outing , to getting creative at the SCIC Crafts Studio. They also showcased their imagination during Carnival Day with their colourful floats and explored fascinating illusions at the Museum of Illusions! 🪄

From World Cup Day and Sports Day to cooking, role-play, Festa Day, arts and crafts, music, team games and outdoor activities, the children have been enjoying a wide variety of experiences throughout this year's Skolasajf. ⚽🎨🍳

🏆⚽ The Skolasajf Centres within the St Thomas More College took part in their cluster's Sports Day hosted at the Żejtun Skolasajf centre!
The children enjoyed a fun-filled day of sports, teamwork and friendly competition, making the most of every moment together. 💪😊
