The Programmes Development Unit is the services arm of the FES. It is responsible for the programme design and service provision in all FES centres.

Human Resources & Support Services
The aim of the HR Department is to ensure that the employees are at the focus of the operations of the entity. This department is responsible of recruitment, training, supporting employees and all administrative work required. It is the role of the HR Department to be in constant contact with the coordinators and employees so to ensure the best service provisions.
The aim of the Operations and Support Services Department is to monitor and coordinate the daily operations within the different centres of Childcare, Klabb 3-16 and Skolasajf. This Department supports the centres and the individual coordinators to adhere to the policies and procedures of the entity so to ensure a high quality of service provision.
