The Corporate Services Unit provides support across all FES centres and departments, focusing on Procurement, Maintenance, Administration, Information Technology, and Data Protection. By delivering centralised and efficient services, the Unit provides a holistic support to ensure that centres are well-kept both in terms of health and safety and resources required to ultimately offer a good quality service

Human Resources Unit
The aim of the HR Department is to ensure that the employees are at the focus of the operations of the entity. This department is responsible of recruitment, training, supporting employees and all administrative work required. It is the role of the HR Department to be in constant contact with the coordinators and employees so to ensure the best service provisions.

Operations and Support Services Unit
The aim of the Operations and Support Services within the Foundation for Educational Services is to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective delivery of services within the entity which include Childcare, Klabb 3-16 and Skolasajf. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, providing administrative and logistical support, and ensuring that all service users, including parents and children, and staff are supported. These efforts aim to uphold a high standard of service provision.
